The "HCPT type" is a cooking oil filtration machine with an oil storage tank that efficiently removes fine particles of dirt and moisture, even after carbonization, using a combination of coarse and fine filter paper. The oil storage tank has a sedimentation tank structure, allowing for the extraction of the clear oil on top, while the remaining oil can be removed through the oil drain valve. The bottom is sloped to reduce oil pooling.
